In Portsmouth, W. Norfolk Bridge lanes reopen after blockage
This accident was on the bridge about a mile or so past my exit. All the eastbound traffic was being diverted off I-164 on my exit, and routed around to London Blvd or to the Downtown tunnel.
The container came off the trailer and crushed some concrete by a service ramp exit.
What I can’t figure out is how the guy could have drifted off the road there. It’s 3.5 lanes wide!
